Introduction: there are diseases of low severity, such as meteorism or dyspepsia, for which drugs are often prescribed that are not necessary to shorten their duration and/or intensity without being fully aware of the side effects they may cause either at the correct dose or due to an overdose. Case report: the aim is to develop the subject through a real case of a young man who presents an allergic reaction after taking klebopride/simeticone. It then begins with uncontrolled and involuntary movements of the tongue without alteration of consciousness which are also related to this drug and which finally give way completely after the administration of bipyridene. Conclusion: there is no such thing as a safe drug, so a rational prescription must be made. Specifically on klebopride/simeticone, in the face of a phenomenon of extrapyramidalism, one must think about its relationship.
