Abstract

Presentamos un caso clínico de fractura de pene no asociada a ruptura de uretra.  Se trata de un paciente masculino, seropositivo al VIH, que luego de un coito vaginal, comenzó a manifestar signos y síntomas flogísticos y deformidad en el miembro viril. Hecho el examen físico, se concluye que padece una fractura de pene ante la cual se adopta una conducta adecuada a las normas del hospital.

Abstract:

We report a case of penile fracture not associated with rupture of the urethra. It is a male patient, HIV positive, who after a vaginal intercourse, began to manifest signs and symptoms of flogistics and deformity in the manly limb. After the physical examination, it is concluded that he suffers from a fractured penis before which he adopts a behavior appropriate to the hospital's standards.
